Intentional Valentine's Gifting Guide
A selection of thoughtful gift ideas
A selection of thoughtful gift ideas
As always, I love compiling Gift Guides and thought it would be nice to round up a few ideas for Valentine’s Day, whether it’s for friends or your significant other. Additionally, here are some ideas and essentials for a warm and cozy Valentine’s Day at home.
Candles
Parachute makes a lovely soy-based candle, scented with essential oils. The concrete vessel is an elegant touch that allows the candle to blend into its’ environment, and to be reused once it’s done. Also worth checking out: Maude’s jojoba oil massage candle.
Loungewear
This pullover from Alo is such a dreamy shade of blue: it’s hard to go wrong with a cozy sweatshirt.
Jewelry
SSENSE is an excellent place to find jewelry from independent designers, and this necklace by Anna Sui would make a sweet gift, fit for most wardrobes. View all jewelry here.
More loungewear
These sets from Pangaia look incredibly comfortable: they’re made of organic cotton and are climate positive.
WOrkout classes
I’m a firm believer that a holiday is an ideal time to gift your loved ones with a really practical gift that you know they’ve been eyeing but haven’t wanted to buy. I usually end up doing a trial of ten different workout programs or sifting through Youtube instead of actually purchasing a membership, so this would be a great gift for someone in a similar situation. And I’ve finally found one that I really recommend: Alo Moves! Choose between yoga, fitness, mindfulness and skill-building.
I hope you enjoyed this ethical and sustainable Valentine’s gifting guide. Feel free to pass it on to anyone you want to drop a hint to :’)
