A Few Days in LA
How to spend a few days in LA.

Nick and I took a trip to LA last week — first up, the above photo is from breakfast at Sqirl. Please, do yourself a favor, go. Here’s our map to LA, in case you’re headed that way soon.
As far as our hotel went, we stayed at The Garland in North Hollywood, and let me tell you all about it:
This hotel was around in the 60s, was recently renovated and completely reworked. It has some quaint features that resemble old school charm, tons of palm trees, and a cute restaurant out front (fittingly, The Front Yard).
We’d recc. the deviled eggs plus the honeydew and burrata. And don't sleep on the carrot cake french toast for dessert. Thanks for having us, Garland!
