Thrifting in Brooklyn
A new favorite dress and excellent vintage shopping in Brooklyn.
WEAR

I scored this vintage dress at a shop in Brooklyn this week and I couldn’t be more into it. Love the boxy and draped frame. I may get it tailored a bit, but haven’t decided yet…
These are my favorite Brooklyn vintage shops:
Mirth Vintage
Awoke Vintage
The Break
Stella Dallas
I always like to encourage shopping second hand whenever possible! It’s so much more exciting to me to find a piece that likely no one else is wearing quite like you, especially if it’s 40 or 50 years old.
I’m always inspired to find pieces that need a second life and give them a new purpose. Plus, it’s such a simple way to save items that are otherwise unable to decompose in a landfill.
