Objects for home, work and play from Areaware

I made a few updates to my living room and office recently via a handful of playful new pieces from Areaware. If you’re unfamiliar, they partner with independent designers to see their artistic vision through from conceptualization to market and each product is exclusive to the brand.

I’m a big fan of the color palette and soft features on these pieces and love how they’ve added to my home:

Kirby Vase | $55

First up, I styled the Kirby vase in my living room and it truly fits right in, looking almost like an extension of the credenza. It’s large enough to fit a small arrangement and looks lovely with just one stem, too. (Available in three shapes, each with a distinct personality: get all three here.)

Assembly Desk Set | $60

The pink ceramic pictured above is part of the desk organizer set created by designer Alex Proba, meant to mimic her iconic patterns and murals. Each shape is an intentional celebration of color meant to bring life and energy to your workspace.

Assembly Desk Set | $60

I distributed the rest of the Assembly set across my desk where it houses some pens and hair ties for easy access during the workday.

Assembly Desk Vessel | $40

I like the tall and slender shape of this vessel and wanted to style it as a vase on my shelves. It would also be ideal for a lone long stemmed flower, some pens, paint brushes or makeup brushes.

Hope you were able to get some styling inspiration from this post and perhaps you found a new item for your own space. These vessels all make excellent holiday gifts and offer a great way to shop small and support independent designers, all while adding to your home with some really unique pieces.

Disclosure: I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you if you decide to buy any of the products I refer to and promote. All opinions are my own. Thanks to Areaware for sponsoring this post.
