I recently had the chance to try Say When’s 2020 Piquette ($24) and I really enjoyed it. It features the lightest touch of a sparkling element and you’ll notice tasting notes like orange and guava. This would pair quite well with fish, and overall is an approachable and refreshing bottle, ideal for an afternoon under the sun.
