Weekend Guide to New York City
Essential meals, coffee & vintage shopping
Essential meals, coffee & vintage shopping
Nix and I have been spending some time jumping around the states this summer: first to New York, then to Ohio, then to Georgia. We came to New York to hang with some friends, inevitably ate lots of incredible food, walked many miles a day, and got to gather lots of inspiration for future endeavors.
For a couple of nights, we stayed at The Maritime Hotel in Chelsea and it was beautiful. All of the rooms looked like cruise ship rooms, though a little bigger : ) The lobby was designed to look like a nautical library, and the breakfast nook was flooded with natural light. We brought some friends over and had some pleasant appetizers in the lobby one evening, and it was such a great stay. I’d definitely recommend checking it out if you’re wanting to stay in Chelsea!
